During our many years of web design and development experience, freshweb has developed a process that will give your project the best chance of meeting its goals.
Our process is made up of four ordered phases which covers the entire project lifecycle:
discover
What is your project really about? This phase involves customer and stakeholder interviews, questionnaires and targeted workshops so we all understand the project. This is a great way to formalise milestones and set expectations.
plan
Your project needs to have a good plan in order to achieve its goals. There are decisions to make and problems to solve, so we build your project 'on paper' with you first. It's quicker, faster and cheaper than diving straight in and we all get some documentation to rely on.
build
This is where our talented team turn all the ideas and solutions from Discover and Plan into a working product. Definitely the most exciting phase.
deploy
This is the process of launching your project to your audience. There is generally a lot to do in a short period of time, so organisation and testing are fundamental for success.
